Pease provided site adaptation and civil site design for a prototypical 250-bed minimum security dorm at Alexander Correctional Institution.
Multiple site visits and data gathering meetings facilitated the development of a comprehensive site civil approach. Services include planning and construction drawings for demolition, grading, utilities and environmental mitigation. Permit applications required documentation for five local and state agencies. The data gathering, planning, design development and construction documentation phases were completed in less than two months.
