The 120,000 SF call center provides 24/7 capability of fielding thousands of customer calls daily, dispatching trucks and works crews, and providing service even in emergencies—all from one single location.
The Center in comprised of state-of-the-art computer and communication systems, various office and conference areas, foodservice facilities and recreational areas.
At the heart of the design is two 190-foot-square open offices that accommodate several 16-person pods. A two-story, skylit, T-shaped circulation system, abundant natural lighting, and a rotunda main entrance add to the building’s sustainability, efficiency and appeal. The overall design provides flexibility to accommodate changes to the telecommunications system without substantial upfit cost.
