Allstate’s Customer Information Center operates around-the-clock handling customer service needs for one-third of the country. Pease has partnered with Allstate to provide decades of ongoing services for the 195,000 SF facility since the initial design.
Significant changes in personnel and operations have led to office reconfigurations which, to date, include over 350 workstations. The modular system used provides ease of reconfiguration for many types of individual and collaborative works spaces.
Following various engineering studies, the Information Center underwent a complete renovation of the existing mechanical and electrical systems, providing energy efficiency, redundancy and flexibility in operation. The project included three 300-ton chillers, redesign of the chilled water piping to a primary/secondary system, updating the air handling system with direct digital controls, and the installation of new emergency generators, lighting and power distribution equipment.
In addition to the Information Center renovations, interior upfits continue for leased office space in other locations.
